5 Important Food to Strengthen Children's Endurance Body

You do not want your child to get sick. However, it can not be denied that there are many bacteria around the little guy who can attack his endurance.

Various studies have revealed that food containing Vitamin A and C can fight various diseases. You can give these foods to boost your child's immunity.

1.Carrots
Foods rich in vitamin A such as carrots can help the body fight infection. Smooth texture when boiled carrots, allows the child to eat.

If your child is not interested in eating them, try to incorporate into the mix carrot juice or fruit smoothie.

Children under 5 years of age need only 300 to 400 milligrams of Vitamin A per day. So, do not give him too many vitamins in pill form, because too much will make sick children.

2.Yoghurt
Good bacteria like lactobacillus in yoghurt was protecting the body from disease. The content of probiotics in yogurt are also very good for the health of the digestive system.
