5 Ingredients That Can Relieve Itching home Mosquito Bites

It may be that you do not even notice when the mosquitoes bite you. But, these small insects will leave a trail of bumps and itching disturbing for some time.
Most mosquito bites are harmless. Mosquitoes that bite only female mosquitoes. They are interested in body odor, lactic acid in sweat, and heat and light. It takes six seconds for mosquitoes to megisap your blood.
However, did you know that the materials available at home, can be used to relieve itching?

1. Oatmeal
Oatmeal can reduce itching and swelling, because they contain special compounds that are anti-irritants.
Mix oatmeal with water by the same comparison. Pour a few tablespoons of oatmeal to a clean cloth, then rubbed into the paste while the irritated skin for 10 minutes. Then, rinse with clean water.
If you have a lot of bite, try a bath with oatmeal instead. Sprinkle one cup of oatmeal into a tub or bath tub full of warm water. Soak in it for 20 minutes, rubbing oatmeal all over your body.

2. Ice cubes
Cold temperatures can reduce inflammation and make the skin numb for a while. This is a short-term immediate solution to relieve itching.
Mayo Clinic recommends that you use a cold pack or a bag filled with crushed ice to relieve itching caused by mosquito bites.
Do a little while, because if too long can damage the skin, or place a barrier between the skin and the ice, such as fabric.
