Beware of Excessive Drowsiness

Sometimes we feel tired and sleepy. After the lunch hour, drowsiness visit and make us yawn and rubbed his eyes. In the meantime, some of us are very hard to resist sleep. Even if considered, it all day back and forth to brew coffee and smoke to simply maintain the ability to concentrate. This excessive sleepiness!
Excessive sleepiness known to make us sluggish and sloppy, which of course interfere with the performance in the office, work and school. Even for riders, sleepiness is a major threat to the safety of the trip.
People who tend to be sleepy too aggressive and emotional. No wonder if the sleepiness associated with student misbehavior in class, or there is research that says that women who get enough sleep will ensure marital happiness. Yes, sleep hygiene will also determine the emotional health and human interpersonal relationships.
