One scoop of ice cream at breakfast turned out to boost brain performance in unexpected ways. It was discovered by scientists from Japan.
The experiments were done by Yoshihiko Koga, a professor at Kyorin University in Tokyo. The study subjects ate three spoonfuls of ice cream in the morning.
Then they used a computer to resolve a number of mental exercise. Koga found people who eat ice cream has a reaction time and process information better than other groups who did not have breakfast. Thus reportedly in Excite News.
The brain waves were measured during experimentation by Koga. He reported an increase in alpha waves, associated with concentration, relaxation and mental coordination on the group eating ice cream.
Koga then do the same experiment with cold water to check the temperature of the ice cream is made the subject of research so awake.
