Tuberose is known as an ornamental flower. the smell likes jasmine fragrance which is useful reassuring those around them. However, tuberose flowers actually have some health benefits, ranging from complaints to cure insomnia, influenza, until rheumatism.
Flowers which originated from Mexico is also favored in many countries. Japanese society using tuberose flower as a symbol of love. In Thailand, the flowers are fragrant at night is the favorite among floral because it is so fragrant and not easily wither.
European Community wear flower named Latin Polianthes tuberosa Linn in religious ceremonies. No wonder if the flowers are known outside the country by the name of this tuberosa found adorn altars in churches.
3. Hard to Sleep, Soothing Mind and Heart, Blood enhancer, and Blurred vision
Ingredients: 30 tuberose flowers, 15 grams kie cie (can be purchased at Chinese drug store), 1-2 pieces of chicken liver, 2 cloves garlic, 4 spring onions, 10 grams of ginger, pepper, salt, and soy sauce each individual taste. Slice the garlic and onion. Saute all ingredients with cooking oil to taste nonkolesterol. Add tapioca flour that has been diluted sufficiently. Cook until done.

Ingredients: 20 grams of tuberose roots, 15 grams of ginger, 2 leeks white, 600 cc of clean water. Boil ingredients together until the remaining half of water (300 cc). The water is taken twice each 150 cc.

Ingredients: 20 grams of tuberose roots, 25 grams of fresh bitter, 600 cc of clean water. Boil ingredients together until the remaining half of water (300 cc). After that, strain and drink two times a day each 150 cc.
8. Rheumatism
Ingredients: 30 grams of tuberose flower root, 20 grams of red ginger, brown sugar to taste, 400 cc of water. Boil ingredients together with 400 cc of water until boiling. Strain and the two parts to be taken twice daily.
