Chili Effective make Slim

Consumption of foods with a mixture of chili in it, besides giving spicy flavor, it also can help overcome a weight problem. Recent research shows, hot pepper potent to suppress one's appetite. 

Researchers from Purdue University, Indiana USA, found that the compound capsaicin, which gives a spicy flavor of chili, can reduce hunger and increase energy expenditure.

Research published in the journal Physiology & Behavior is done by measuring the effects of spices on a half teaspoon of cayenne pepper - a measure that created one of the most common. Previous studies also examine the effects of capsaicin eat packaged in capsules, but it seems less effective.

"Response appetite differ between those who like to eat chili and those who do not. The response indicates that a person consume unusual chili will have a greater effect. When consumption of chili to be regular, then efficacy will be lost, "said the researcher.
