Want Pregnant Fast? Tea Routine

If you and your partner wanted to get a baby, it never hurts to try to drink tea regularly. Why? Latest research indicates, drinking two cups of green tea a day can help increase a woman's chance of conceiving.

Danish scientists study indicates that women who regularly drank green tea had 27 percent greater chance of getting pregnant than those who did not drink tea. In his research, the researchers also found that consumption of soft drinks every day it will reduce the chances of getting pregnant.

Women who consume soft drinks (soft drink) at least twice a day, chances of getting pregnant are reduced by 20 percent. Meanwhile, coffee consumption has no influence on the chance of a woman to have children.

In the study, researchers enrolled 3600 members of the group of women from Denmark who is trying to have babies (average age 28 years). Each volunteer was monitored for one year. Professor Elizabeth Hatch, lead researcher from Boston University in the United States, along timnnya wanted to see if caffeine intake has an influence on the chances of women to have babies.

"We found that women who drink tea two or three times a day do have an increased chance of getting pregnant by 27 percent. However, we do not know how they serve tea. Do they add milk or lemon, but they certainly have an increased chance of getting pregnant than women who drank no tea at all, "said Prof Hatch.

"I think that drinking two or three cups of tea every day for anyone who wants to get pregnant is not an issue. I'm interested to say that tea is a miracle cure to get pregnant, but it is not realistic. There may be other factors that influence it," he added.

Hatch said, needs further research to identify whether green tea can actually help women to conceive. Researchers suspect that there is something else in their diet or lifestyle that helps increase the chance of getting pregnant.

Meanwhile, Maha Ragunath, consultant in reproductive medicine from Care Fertility Centre, Nottingham, say, tea has special properties that can help fertility. "Tea contains many antioxidants that are good for male and female fertility. However, that does not mean women who are trying to have children should drink tea as much as possible, since everything must be limited," he said.

Laurence Shaw, Associate Director of the Bridge Fertility Centre, London, suggested to pregnant women who want to continue to consult with physicians and limit their consumption of tea. "I would say to every woman (older than 35 years) who are trying to get pregnant in order to get the right advice and do not drink ten cups of tea a day," he said.
