Mute Desire Smoking by Sport

Many people fail to refrain from the urge to smoke. Various attempts have been practiced as replacing cigarettes with gum, eating fruit, fasting, until the suggestion to himself. But it's still hard to quit smoking, especially for those heavy addicts.
But that does not mean there is no other way to forget about cigarettes. The results of research Adrian Taylor of the United Kingdom's University of Exeter and colleagues from the UK, USA, and Canada may be able to help you. The researchers found a way to reduce the desire to smoke by exercising. The study has been published in the Journal Addiction.

The study examined 19 subjects experiment combines several respondents into groups. There are groups with minimal activity such as sitting or silent while watching video for hours, there are groups who do physical activity such as brisk walking or riding a bike. Throughout this research respondents were active smokers. None of them middle in smoking cessation programs.
In general, the respondents desire to smoke after exercise tended to be reduced. Taylor said the desire to smoke among respondents who exercise less than one-third of those who apply lifestyles are less active or sedentary.
However, it is unclear what factors contribute to the difference. Taylor suspect, sports gave a "distraction" to the habit of smoking. Exercise can improve your mood or mood, so that the respondent no longer feel there is a strong desire, which is usually met with cigarette smoking.
Although not known as distinctive, however, sport is a positive activity for everyone. Healthy habits for health benefits that can not be negotiable.
Especially for women, quitting smoking makes most of them gained weight. So that it often triggers them to smoke again. But with exercise, women who had quit smoking can still have a healthy weight, without going back to old habits.
