To be Healthy, Avoid These 5 Type Diet

The one that we recommend a cold shower after drinking black coffee, others forbid you eat after seven in the evening or forbidden carbs. It was a bit of fad diets recommended (short term diet) that is claimed faster slimming.
But before you are swept away, meticulously well and rationally so as not to get lost in the wrong information slimming efforts.
British Dietetic Association says that popular diet which is often attended by many celebrities become very extreme and lead to disease. For example, KEN diet that recommends that we do not eat at all and replace it with a liquid formula diet for 10 days.



Here are five types of diets are not recommended by nutrition experts in the British Dietetic Association.
1. Party Girl IV Drip Diet
In this diet we are required to replace the normal diet with a liquid that contains vitamin B and C, magnesium and calcium that enters the body through the tube, much like infusion. Some celebrities like Rihanna and Simon Cowell rumored this diet.
Experts say the diet is likely to cause side effects fatigue, dizziness, infection, inflammation of the blood vessels, anaphylactic shock due to blood pressure is too low.

2. Ketogenic Enteral Nutrition (KEN) Diet
During the 10-day liquid protein formula and nutrition will be included with the hose directly into the stomach through the nose. Electric pump will then send two liters of liquid formula in 24 hours. This diet of the models mentioned are loved being able to control hunger and encourage the body to use fat as an energy source.
Experts say this diet is very extreme. Not only because of its side effects abdominal drain but there is no scientific evidence of this diet is safe.
3. Alcorexia / Drunkorexia Diet
Dieters should strictly limit their calories in two weeks so they can replace it with alcohol intake. With a low-calorie diet, we could save 10,500 calories a week after consuming alcohol which is equivalent to 131 glasses of wine a week.
Diet is considered very strange and silly because we will lack of calories, vitamins and nutrients your body needs to function normally. Alcohol contains little nutrition and diet are at risk of causing alcohol poisoning and even death.
4. OMG Diet
You are required to work in the morning after drinking a cup of coffee. Then the stomach should be emptied for three hours so that the body will burn stored fat. Soak in cold water would be more helpful. Dieters are also advised to avoid fruit and replace it with more protein.
Experts say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Diets that are too tight can actually trigger extreme behavior.
5. Diet occupation
This diet has four phases that begins with abstinence only eating carbs and protein during the first 10 days. Some celebrities like Jennifer Lopez to the model Gisele Bundchen is said to embrace this diet to maintain her weight.
Yet little scientific evidence that shows diet is safe and works. Avoiding certain food group is not recommended because it can lead to long term health problems such as bone loss and kidney disorders. Another problem is the lack of energy, constipation and bad breath odor.
