Prevent Wind Entry For Your Frequent Night Out

People say, do not go out often because it will catch a cold. Do you know if the cold is not an official disease in the world of medicine?

Cold wind is a name that exists only in Indonesia. But that does not mean a cold is a myth. The symptoms are real and certainly have been complained by almost everyone.

Well even though there is no medical name for him, you can still prevent the cold with a variety of easy ways in order to continue smoothly on the move. What the heck really is it?

There is no term "catch" in the medical world. According to dr. Noble Sp. PD, specialist in internal medicine from Pantai Indah Kapuk Hospital, the wind is more accurately said to be a group of symptoms (syndrome) that indicates a combination of symptoms of two types of health problems, namely ulcer (dyspepsia) and flu.

The most common symptoms of gastritis are flatulence, abdominal pain, gas, heat in the chest, and often belching. Meanwhile, flu symptoms can include sore throat, runny nose, cough, nasal congestion, and fever. The flu can also make you feel unwell and muscle aches or aches. Begin to feel familiar with this series of symptoms "catch the wind" is?

Keep in mind that the symptoms of the above colds are not necessarily caused by "concede" the night breeze, as has been understood by many people. Ulcer can be caused by an increase in stomach acid, irritable bowel syndrome, peptic ulcer, lactose intolerance, bile disorder or inflammation, anxiety symptoms, alcohol side effects, or most air swallows. In more severe cases, this digestive disorder can be a sign of stomach cancer.

Meanwhile, the common cold occurs seasonally and is caused by a virus. Usually this disease will disappear by itself when the immune system gets stronger again.

What does it come out at night and catch a cold? At night the air temperature will go down and colder a few degrees. The wind also feels drier and cooler at night.

In the cold air, mucous membranes and hair in the nose decrease in function so you are more susceptible to catch the flu. When you get the flu, you have a cold or nasal congestion and release of inflammatory cells that can make your tongue feel bitter. Not infrequently, your appetite also goes down because everything you eat tastes bitter.
If you eat late, then you can experience ulcer, which makes the stomach feel bloated and full of gas, accompanied by the desire to burp or discard the wind constantly. The combination of these two conditions is often regarded as a cold.

To prevent colds, you need to prevent and deal with the two conditions that cause it. Especially for those of you who like to go out at night, here's how to prevent colds.

Use a thick jacket. Jackets can work to protect you from the cold. Choose a comfortable jacket to wear with a thick and warm material.
Drink warm drinks. Warm drinks are proven to relieve various symptoms of flu and dyspepsia, such as cough and flatulence. Warm drinks will increase blood circulation and gastric acid regulator. In order to make a warm drink into a good expectorant, you can add with honey and lime. In addition, warm water also increases metabolism, improves blood circulation and soothes nerves and muscles so as to reduce pain symptoms in muscles and joints.

Reduce the ice. In contrast to warm drinks, ice can cause a variety of symptoms of flu and dyspepsia. Ice or cold water can shrink blood vessels to trigger containment or congestion. If it occurs in the nose, the membranes or mucosa will dilate and release much fluid to make a cold. In addition, drinking cold water can also cause abdominal bloating because cold water can cause muscle contraction in the mucous membranes in the stomach and cause gas.

Avoid smoking. Smoking can make the respiratory tract dry and damaged. Respiratory tract contains cilia or hair that serves to prevent the entry of germs. If the cilia are damaged, the germs will easily enter the body.

Avoid eating chewing gum and soft drinks. Apparently, the cold can also be caused because you swallow too much air. The air can be swallowed up and into the stomach due to several things, such as eating gum and drinking soft drinks. This will cause symptoms of dyspepsia such as flatulence so you will often waste the wind.
