Clean Miss V with Betel? Here's the Rule

Betel is a leaf that has antiseptic, antibacterial, antioxidant properties and can help heal skin wounds. With these properties, betel water is believed to be able to assist women in overcoming the troublesome whitish problems.

There are several bioactive compounds in betel which can inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi, for example essential oils. One of the bacteria that can be inhibited by the growth of essential oil is E coli is known to trigger the occurrence of vaginal discharge.

To get the benefits of betel, betel leaves can be boiled first. Afterwards, betel cooking water can be used to wash the vaginal area when women experience whitish problems.

Irmanida revealed three easy steps to make the betel water stew. The first step is to prepare 5-10 pieces of betel leaf that has been washed clean. The second step, boil the leaves with 2.5 liters of clean water to boil for 15 minutes. The next step, cool the water betel stew first before used to wash the vaginal area.

How to wash and clean the area of ​​the vagina is from the front to the back. After washing, dry the vagina area with a towel until completely dry.

"Use a towel that is only used to clean the feminine area," said Irmanida.
