Acupuncture And Beauty

Acupuncture is a treatment technique used in traditional Chinese medicine. The needles are very sharp used to stimulate specific points on the body. These points are the energy pathways called "meridians". Acupuncture treatment designed to improve the flow and balance of energy along these meridians-meridian.

Traditional Chinese medicine has a history of more than 2,500 years. It views the human body as a system of energy flows. When these flows are balanced, the body is healthy. The practitioners examine patients' pulses and observing their tongues to diagnose energy imbalances. In Chinese medicine, the pulse can be checked at three locations on each wrist, and at three depths at each location.

Illness is not defined by symptoms or the name of a disease like "HIV infection." Conversely, a Chinese medicine practitioner will talk about energy imbalances. The language can sound very strange, like "yin deficiency" or "increase in kidney heat." Chinese words yin and yang describe the energy that mutually exclusive that should remain balanced, and Qi (pronounced "chi") can be roughly defined as the energy or life force.

In traditional Chinese medicine, there are many ways to improve the balance of the body's energy flow. The most common techniques used in western countries are exercise techniques such as Qigong or Tai Chi, acupuncture (acupuncture), and herbal medicine.

Many Chinese medicine practitioners specializing in acupuncture or herbal medicine. It is rare that use both.

How do I use acupuncture? Based on your energy imbalances, your acupuncturist will select acupuncture points to stimulated. You will lie on a couch, bertelungkup or recumbent. The needles will be inserted at specific points. You may feel a little pain, tingling or a feeling of resistance while the needles are inserted. The needles are left in place for 30 to 45 minutes depending on the purpose of acupuncture that. During that time, many people fall asleep.
You may also receive additional treatments during acupuncture to enhance your energy flow:

* The needles may be stimulated by very low-powered electricity (electroacupuncture).

* Moxa is soft material consisting of a type of dried mugwort herb. Moxa may be applied over
acupuncture needles or even directly on the skin.
Moxa is burned to produce heat that piercing. This is called moxibustion.

* Round glasses can be used to produce a "suction" at certain points (bruise). This suction stimulates the flow of energy. When the glasses are left on the skin for a long time, there will be former red.
Some practitioners use small beads or tiny needles left on the skin for a few days to put pressure on acupuncture points.

What are the risks and side effects?
Some people feel a little pain, stiffness or tingling when acupuncture needles are inserted. In some rare cases, people will feel dizzy or nauseated during acupuncture. You probably will spend a few drops of blood when the needle withdrawn. Acupuncture has fewer side effects than most western medications.
You should not do acupuncture if you drink alcoholic beverages an hour before, or if you have used the drug.
Make sure your acupuncturist knows if you are pregnant. Some acupuncture points should not be stimulated during pregnancy.

How do we know it helpful?
Research on acupuncture shows benefit in treating some types of pain and nausea. This is pushing the National Institutes of Health in the U.S. to issue a statement in 1997 supporting the benefits of acupuncture for certain conditions. World Health Organization has a list of more than 40 conditions that may be helped by acupuncture.

Recent research on acupuncture to relieve the pain of neuropathy did not show a clear benefit. However, the study design has been criticized for using acupuncture points are the same for all people in the study, and for using false points for comparison. Many people with the condition of neuropathy feel acupuncture has helped them.

The benefits of acupuncture therapy, in addition to curing the disease can also be a solution to the problem of beauty. But instead of means can 'change' that already exists, but to maximize the total health of the body.

Principally, beauty acupuncture therapy is to maintain, treat and maintain the state of Qi (energy) to stay balanced. If such conditions can be maintained, then the body will be healthier overall, which will automatically be associated with natural beauty that will be directly emitted. The duration of needling process, depending on each case. For beauty therapy, generally you need to spend some time between 30 minutes to 1 hour once a treatment.

Want to know what beauty problems which can be 'cured' through acupuncture therapy beauty? Consider the following table ...
Beauty Problems can be alleviated by acupuncture Between Other:
* Prevent, reduce, or eliminate wrinkles
* Treating acne
* Prevent, reduce or minimize eye bags
* Increase / reduce weight
* Attenuate / remove the black stain on the face
* Tighten breast
* Caring for hair loss
After going through acupuncture therapy, is there a prohibition? The answer is relative. To be sure prohibition is always associated with the problem. For example, to overcome the weight, obviously have to reduce carbs and fatty foods. Or to remove black stains on the face, should avoid the sun. Makes sense, right?
