Crop Increase Male Libido


Fenugreek is a kind of grain crops are widely grown in Asia and is commonly used by people of India as a spice in food flavoring. Fenugreek is also most often used in making curry.

But you know the other benefits behind the plants on this one? Apparently in addition be used for cooking spices, fenugreek also have properties to enhance male sexual arousal, as research experts from the Centre for Integrative Clinical and Molecular Medicine in Brisbane, Australia.


In that study, scientists tested this plant herb to 60 healthy men aged 25-52 years. Each volunteer ate the herb twice a day for six weeks.

The results showed that levels of libido, the men were changed after the monitored using a score. Within six weeks, their scores increased by an average of 16.1 to 20.6, up 28 percent. Meanwhile, in another group taking the pill, they score look much lower.

According to the researchers, fenugreek seeds contain saponin compounds that may stimulate the production of male sex hormones, including testosterone.

"Perhaps the plant is beneficial to increase testosterone or androgen levels, which normally declines with age. If this plant has been proven safe, would certainly be good news for men who have a good sex life could live longer than those who do not have it," says Dr Raj Persad, a neurology consultant, as reported by Dailymail.

Keep in mind, the plant has a Latin name (Trigonella Foenum-graecum) is apparently already long been used in ancient Egyptian times to treat fever.
