Drink water regularly may be the easiest and cheapest option to lose weight. A study suggested, drink plain water before meals can help the success of a weight loss program.
As reported by Dailymail, adults who drank two glasses before meals to lose weight about 4 lb or more equivalent to 1,814 kilograms, compared to those who did not drink water.
