Dangers of Too Much Sleep

Sleep is the best way to recover the body. Lack of sleep known to be bad for concentration, analysis, creativity, to trigger the onset of various diseases.
In order not to lack of sleep, sleep experts recommend for not less than six hours each day. However, behind its benefits are abundant, sleep also keeps the health risks when done to excess.
Here are some reasons why we should not oversleeping.
1. DiabetesSeveral studies have shown people who sleep longer than people in general tend to develop diabetes. Moreover, as a history of the disease from their parents.



2. Heart diseaseIf you are used to sleeping more than eight hours each day, then you have a higher risk for heart disease. According to some researchers, about 9-12 hours of sleep per day are factors that increase the risk of heart disease.
3. Quickly forgottenYes, sleep well for the formation of memories. But sleeping more than 8-9 hours per day actually gives the opposite effect. Excessive sleep slows the function of brain cells that show signs of senility.
4. DepressionMany studies that investigate the issue. Some of these states, people with depression tend to sleep longer than people in general. What's worse, excessive sleep is said to aggravate the situation.
5. Back painPeople who sleep excessively tend to have back pain more often than those who do not. Unless, they were sleeping on a mattress that has been customized specifically.
