Breakfast is one of the most important parts to the body. Because, food first entered the body when breakfast, will affect the body's ability to continue to work throughout the day.

Choosing the right foods for breakfast becomes very important.

Well, choosing food is not an easy thing, because the morning is synonymous with rush hour and often ends without breakfast.

Or, more often the morning we end up choosing foods that are not good for the body.

Many options for those who are busy not to miss breakfast.

But, if choosing the wrong foods, chances are we will feel lethargic when starting the day. It could be too much sugar, and probably will soon be hungry.

One that is needed to make a healthy body is a sufficient breakfast.

Breakfast will increase metabolism, which helps in achieving as well as maintaining ideal body weight.

Here are six proper breakfasts to start the morning.

Sandwiches, using whole wheat bread. This food not only presents carbohydrates that provide energy, it also gives us the freedom to choose what to include. Expand the vegetables in order to meet the daily fiber.

Smoothies. Mix the favorite ingredients in a blender such as beans, whey powder, or tofu tofu. The ingredients will make a protein-rich intake in the morning for the body.

Egg. Solid and simple protein-eggs are the perfect food if you need protein in quick time. Try boiled eggs or omelets for breakfast.

Oatmeal. In addition to delicious flavors, a bowl of oatmeal can provide good benefits for the body at breakfast. In order to further increase the benefits, we can add some favorite toppings like nuts for the fulfillment of protein, fruit, or dark chocolate to reduce the sweetness.

Leftover food. Yes, leftover food like soup, or stir-fry is not a typical breakfast option. But, if the rest of the food contains a mixture of protein and carbohydrates such as brown rice - could be the best choice for breakfast.
