Water is essential to human life because it ensures the smooth functioning of all biological processes in the body. However, many people do not know how to drink water properly.
People often drink water while walking or standing. In fact, it can be harmful to the body.
As quoted from the Times of India, Monday (25/6), drinking standing water can affect your body in a bad way. Once the water flows with high pressure, this will lead to accumulation of dirt in the bladder and may affect the kidneys.
