Experts neuroscience from the University of Adelaide, said the exercise, especially aerobic type can provide positive change in the brain. One advantage is to improve memory and balance the body.
Research conducted by the University's Robinson Institute have found a change in the brain by exercising for 30 minutes.
According to them, doing aerobic exercise for 30 minutes makes the brain more like plastic. This study was conducted with the involvement of a group of 20-30 year olds with cycling. The study was conducted by monitoring changes in the brain, immediately after their cycling, and 15 minutes later.
"We see positive changes in the brain directly, and last up to 15 minutes after the exercise is completed," said Professor Michael Ridding of the institiut recently.
"Plastic nature of the brain is essential for learning, memory, and balance the body," he added.
According to the 'elastic like plastic', then the brain will be able to organize themselves, to strengthen the relationship between cord and different brain areas.
