A recent study has shown how some types of food can help improve brain memory, as quoted from MedicalDaily.

Omega-3 fatty acids derived from fish such as salmon, are good sources of docosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid. Fatty acids are associated with increased cognitive function and lower levels of depression.
