Fruit Consumption routine Minimize Risk of Heart and Stroke

Adults who eat fresh fruit, such as apples and oranges every day, the risk of death from heart attack or stroke is reduced by about one third, compared with those who rarely or never eat fruit.
"Consumption of fruit is important for your heart health," said study leader Dr. Liming Li, vice president of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Beijing.

Study volunteers who ate the most fruits have the most pressure and blood sugar remdah than others. This is what explains the reduced risk of heart attack and stroke in fruit fan, said Li.
This research has not found direct evidence, between fruit consumption with a lower risk of heart attack and stroke, but obviously there is a relationship between them, said Li.

For the study, Li and colleagues collected data on more than 500,000 adults, aged 30 to 79, between 2004 and 2009. The volunteers had no history of heart disease.
Initially, less than one in five of you defeated volunteers who regularly eat fruit. For seven years, those who ate the fruit is equivalent to roughly half cups a day had a risk of cardiovascular disease is much lower.
