Running Distance Less Healthy

Following the race running, including marathons, is now becoming a trend. But did you know that long distance running turned out to have very little health benefits.Although designed for running, the human body was only able to get the maximum benefit from the run so far a total of 48 kilometers per week of weight loss is quite large.Research has shown that excessive exercise (exercise overdose) actually had little impact on health than middle-distance running.Recent research suggests that extra longevity gained from running a regular basis may be lost if we ran more than 48 kilometers per week.Other benefits, such as lowering blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and heart disease will also be reduced by half due to long distance running increases the risk of heart rhythm disturbances and the formation of plaque in the coronary arteries.
