You have problems with sleep? Try taking the cherry juice. Researchers from the School of Life Sciences at Northumbria University, London, England, recently, discovered evidence, drinking cherry juice may help you sleep soundly during the night with an extra 25 minutes.

According to one source, their research also found that cherry juice regularly can improve sleep quality. Montmorency cherry juice can significantly increase levels of melatonin in the body, the hormone that regulates when you sleep. These findings could be useful for those who have trouble sleeping because of work, insomnia, jet lag or shift.
