Aging is a natural condition that almost certainly experienced by every person with age. But do not for that reason then you become indifferent or do not care about the health and appearance.

Meghan Telpner, a holistic nutrition expert, said most people generally tend to be resigned to the degenerative disease, because it is considered as a natural process. In fact the word Telpner, degenerative disease is not always synonymous with age, but more to come due to lifestyle.

Changes in lifestyle habits and can essentially make a person become more youthful. Want to know how? Here are 7 (seven) healthy habits which must continue to be done in order to stay young, as described by Telpner:

1. Get enough sleep

"Sleep is a time where our bodies do the healing and repair," Telpner said. According to him, adequate sleep is essential to help the regeneration of the adrenal glands and accelerate healing of pimples on your face

According Telpner, everyone needs at least eight hours of sleep. But if someone is experiencing health problems or stress, can be more than that. "Without enough sleep our immune system weaker," adds Telpner.

2. Avoid pollution

Tepner say, toxins in the air (pollution) is one of the causes of health problems associated with aging. Telpner appealed, it's good for us to spend some time going for a walk, run or bike outdoors (garden) while enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.

3. More mobile, but do not overdo it

Exercise is the best way to prevent aging. But for those who rarely perform physical activity, you should not immediately start training with high intensity.

"The exercise with low intensity but often very well done in the long term," he said. However, if you're a fan of high intensity exercise, like running long distances of 30 km and weight training, do not forget to eat right before and after exercise to stay hydrated.

4. Reduce caffeine and alcohol drinking

"If our cells become dehydrated, then we will get more wrinkles," Telpner said. Drink water in sufficient quantities in addition to the consumption of some fresh fruits and vegetables that are rich in water content.

Telpner said that coffee and alcohol can lead to dehydration and aging, so it is necessary to limit intake. "People say that one glass of wine a day can improve health. But I think, eat an apple every day will probably promote better health," he explained.

5. Eating vegetables

For foods that have high nutritional value, there is no maximum limit how much a person should eat vegetables. "You can eat as much as you can," he said.

"If aging is caused by free radicals that circulate in our bodies, then this condition can be overcome by eating foods high in antioxidants," he said. That means you have makana fruits and vegetables, including berries, nuts (walnuts and pumpkin seeds) and spices such as turmeric, cinnamon and oregano.

7. Inhale deeply

"Taking a deep breath in the lungs can develop into a form that maximum sehinnga helps the nervous system to rest," said Telpner, which in turn encourages relaxation and reduce stress.
