Ordinary people need to know that there are two types of cholesterol in our blood, good cholesterol (HDL) and bad cholesterol (LDL). High LDL cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia) is a condition when the cholesterol level in the blood is higher than normal the body needs.
But many people are less aware that the excess levels of bad cholesterol can be negative for the sufferer.
