The Secret of Cheese for Heart Health

According to the study, eating cheese is good for health. Reported by Time, rumors about cheese that is not good for health is not entirely true. Many assumptions about cheese are high in calories, sodium, fat, and cholesterol. But that does not mean cheese should not be consumed and disrupt health.

A study conducted by the University of Copenhagen and has been published as the Journal of The American Heart Association. The study found the fact that eating cheese regularly can actually reduce the risk of heart disease. It can even make a person's age longer.

This research is known as 'French Paradox'. The facts mention, the French population of cheese eaters on a regular basis have the lowest risk of heart disease in the world. Another secret of cheese, fermented milk also contains high in protein, vitamin B12, and calcium. The content of protein and fat balance also makes a person full longer.

"The combination of nutrients and the production process makes them both health-related," says Dr. Tanja Kongerslev Thorning who became the leader of the research. The world needs to re-label the cheese as one of the healthy foods when consumed regularly.
