Hobbies Eat Potato Fries Increase Risk of Death

The fries are included in the accompaniments of fried chicken or a delicious burger. But we also know that the likes of fries, like other fried foods, are unhealthy.

Healthy fried dangers are not just making fat, more than that the hobby of eating french fries twice a week increases the risk of death.

Thus, according to a study conducted for 8 years involving 4,400 men and women aged between 45 and 79 years. At the end of the study, 236 people died.

The researchers found that people who consumed fries more than twice a week had a higher risk of death. However, there is no direct connection between fries and death.

French fries are considered unhealthy because besides containing high fat derived from cooking oil, this food is also often added a lot of salt. When consumed often, not only cause obesity, but also can make unhealthy blood fats and blood pressure increases.

If you want to be healthy, limit your intake of fried foods. Choose a snack or other healthier side dish such as vegetables, fruit, boiled peanuts, or yogurt.
