5 Habits that Make Longevity

We may not be able to win against aging that occurs naturally. But with healthy living habits, it will prevent us from diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. These diseases can accelerate the aging process of the cause of death at a young age.
Although accelerated aging or aging in general is a complex process, these five habits can help fight it.

1. Eating colorful fruits and vegetablesPeople who eat a combination of colorful fruits and vegetables consistently have a chronic disease progression is slower. In addition to weight more awake, the bonus is more longevity.
