5 Habits that Make Longevity

We may not be able to win against aging that occurs naturally. But with healthy living habits, it will prevent us from diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. These diseases can accelerate the aging process of the cause of death at a young age.
Although accelerated aging or aging in general is a complex process, these five habits can help fight it.

5. Move moreMoving less active causes the body to lose muscle mass which accelerates the aging process. Changes that occur in the muscles due to age can be slowed with a lot of moving on.
