Both types of breakfast was designed with almost the same number of calories . At first breakfast ( muesli ) has gilsemik - index ( GI ) is low , while the second type of breakfast , white bread , high GI .

GI levels in foods based on how many of the foods raise blood sugar . Low GI foods produce a slight surge rather than high GI foods .
