1. Cucumber

Cucumber contains about 95 to 96.7 percent water. Cucumber is also vitamin C, potassium, vitamin K and caffeine acid, which helps prevent skin irritation, reduce irritation, and dehydration. That is why cucumbers are often used to relieve puffy eyes and irritation of sunburn.
