Scientists have revealed a series of the most effective fruit that is claimed to be able to overcome cancer, including lemons, cranberries, apples, grapes, and strawberries.
The nutrition doctor of the UI Public Health Faculty alumni Susianto Tseng said there were 11 fruits taken as samples in the study and compared to their strength in fighting cancer cells.
"Michael Greger M.D. FACLM in May 2013 quoted a number of scientific journals related to the ability of 11 fruits commonly found to suppress cancer cell growth in vitro compared," he said in Jakarta on Wednesday (19/9).
Comparisons are made to find out what fruit is most effective from apples, bananas, cranberries, grapes, lemons, oranges, peaches, pears, pineapples, strawberries, and grapefruit. Susianto said the comparison was then known as lemons, cranberries, apples, grapes, and strawberries were the five biggest fruits that most effectively crush cancer cells.
