Scientists Reveal Cancer's Most Effective Fruit

Scientists have revealed a series of the most effective fruit that is claimed to be able to overcome cancer, including lemons, cranberries, apples, grapes, and strawberries.

The nutrition doctor of the UI Public Health Faculty alumni Susianto Tseng said there were 11 fruits taken as samples in the study and compared to their strength in fighting cancer cells.

"Michael Greger M.D. FACLM in May 2013 quoted a number of scientific journals related to the ability of 11 fruits commonly found to suppress cancer cell growth in vitro compared," he said in Jakarta on Wednesday (19/9).

Comparisons are made to find out what fruit is most effective from apples, bananas, cranberries, grapes, lemons, oranges, peaches, pears, pineapples, strawberries, and grapefruit. Susianto said the comparison was then known as lemons, cranberries, apples, grapes, and strawberries were the five biggest fruits that most effectively crush cancer cells.

The man who is also Chair of the International Tempe Foundation, quoted the article from Dr. Michael Greger who collected various journals and research related to the anticancer diet. Greger found that active compounds in 11 fruits were effective in eliminating cancer with levels that varied from highest to lowest.

Cancer is defined as abnormal growth of a cell that produces a lump or tumor that can spread or metastasize to various other areas of the body. According to Susianto, diet and lifestyle play an important role to prevent and treat various types of cancer, including breast, prostate, colorectal, and skin.

"Diets that focus on immune-boosting foods, especially G-BOMS, are crucial for fighting cancer," he said.

G-BOMS consists of greens, beans, mushrooms (mushrooms), berries, and seeds / nuts.
