Hold Yourself from Snacks

The temptation to snack often difficult muted. Actually snacking is healthy, and nutrition experts also give advice to regularly eat snacks twice a day between meals. Well, so do not be tempted delicious snack but not healthy, try this way:

- Eat apples only. Apples contain pectin fiber that is filling and definitely healthy. Fiber is also found in carrots and potatoes. Add these foods in your snack list.
