Herbs to Treat Tooth Sensitivity



Tooth ache can often sign you have sensitive teeth.
This should not be ignored, sensitive teeth can cause inflamed teeth, can not be restored and eventually death of the tooth. Some herbs can help overcome them.
Tooth sensitivity is a general term used to indicate the existence of dentine hypersensitive (DH), namely the opening of dentin due to thinning or drop an email and gums.

Green tea also contains antioxidants that can protect cells and in the mouth from damage from free radicals and vitamin C which protect the gums.

Gargle with green tea before bed to reduce plaque and bacteria.


2. Nimba Neem is an Ayurvedic herb that can combat antimicrobial dental plaque and periodontal disease when applied to the teeth and gums. According PeaceHealth.org, use 1 gram of neem leaf extract 2 times per day is an effective treatment to prevent and treat teeth and gum disease, which also eliminates the source of tooth sensitivity.


3. Echinacea and chamomile Echinacea and chamomile offers anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial that can help to treat inflammation of the gums, and teeth sensitive.


Clinical trials have found that using a mouthwash containing echinacea, myrrh, chamomile, sage, mint and ratania more effective than commercial mouthwash to reduce the inflammation of the gums due to gingivitis, as well as help reduce tooth sensitivity.
