Caution, Excessive Eating Red Meat Increase Risk of Diabetes

Someone who ate more red meat in their daily life at higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes. It is based on the latest research involving about 149 thousand Americans.

The researchers, as reported by LiVe Science, found it on everyone who consume more red meat at every meal servings in one day. Consumption is done continuously for four years without any changes.

Afterwards, it is exposed to the risk of type 2 diabetes increased 48 percent. Conversely, reducing the share of respondents who eat meat more than half of it in one serving per day, has a smaller percentage of risk.

After four years, the risk of developing type 2 diabetes decreased by 14 percent when compared to those who still eat red meat in the same portion for 16 years without any changes.
