Choose the Right Foods for a Healthy Heart

Choosing and eating the right foods is one important factor that can make the heart healthy.

Doctor Grace Judio-Kahl from Bunda Hospital warned, "disease" that often plague modern society these days is unhealthy eating patterns and tend to endanger the health of the heart.
