Oranges reduce the risk of stroke



Researchers claim that the oranges and grapefruit (a type of orange, but such a large grapefruit) can reduce the risk of stroke. Both fruits are best eaten whole or in juice form in the morning.


This occurs because the orange and grapefruit contain certain antioxidants called flavanones.
