"Therefore, drugs for stomach ulcers is not needed for patients who do not have a problem with heartburn during fasting," he said.
Noteworthy, for ulcer patients who are fasting to eat and drink intake. Ari suggested that those exposed to stomach ulcers to avoid foods and drinks that contain lots of gas and too much fiber, among others, collards, cabbage, jackfruit, bananas, and soft drinks.
Also avoid, foods that are difficult to digest. Call it, cake, chocolate and shock. Therefore, the foods mentioned above will lead to increased gastric acid. Ari is also advised to avoid foods that directly damage the gastric wall such as vinegar, pepper and spices to stimulate. "Avoid sources of carbohydrates such as glutinous rice, noodles, rice noodles, corn, yams, cassava, tales and dodol," he said.
It is said Ari, with respect to food intake, God willing, those who suffer from heartburn can run perfectly fast without health problems. "When in doubt, consult a physician," he said.
