Tips to Avoid BREATH Morning

Do you like to shut your mouth when talking to others after you wake up? You would often be aware of bad breath every time you wake up, even if you always brush your teeth before bed. However, this problem can still be solved.

Bad breath in the morning not only be caused by germs that are left in your mouth. Dry mouth during sleep also can contribute to this problem. Especially if you often snore during sleep or incorrect use mouth cleanser.

This is actually a common problem experienced by anyone. It is also easy to overcome a moment you wake up, like with a quick brushing teeth, drink water, or breakfast for rinsing and moisten your mouth.

Do not just brush your teeth before going to bed

Brushing your teeth before going to bed is the basic thing you need to do every day. However, if it is felt not enough, you may have to be completely clean your teeth or cleaning areas such as the mouth and tongue deep into your gums. Using mouthwash and flossing are also highly recommended.

Keep your mouth so as not to dry

Dry mouth can be caused by many things, including exposure to alcohol and habitual snoring or breathing through the mouth. Avoid consumption of alcohol before you sleep, or carefully use a mouthwash that contains alcohol.

Habitual snoring or breathing through the mouth can also create dry mouth. In effect, you will feel bad breath in the morning excess. To avoid this, avoid the supine position and try to sleep on his side to avoid air through the mouth you are looking for.

Gargle with baking soda

Gargle with baking soda before bed can create a good alkaline environment to kill bacteria. Add a cup of water with a tablespoon of baking soda, then gargle for a minute. Or swallow the solution briefly, to be on the throat area that could become a hotbed of germs.
