Indeed Dangerous food Burned

Who does not like food that is grilled or baked? Various barbecue food is very tempting, but we often forget is the form of black and crusty food as a result of the fire. Do we know that it is dangerous? In fact, we often hear that the food is burnt can cause cancer, right?

One study found that two types of cancer-causing compounds can be formed during roasting, the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and heterocyclic amines (HCA).

PAHs are formed in the smoke and found on the surface of the meat and hard to remove, usually must use pengerikan and this is what we often see. While HCA is caused by the meat to cook under high temperature and HCA is found in the flesh. Moreover, HCA also can be formed by frying or oven, and toaster.

For us lovers of barbecue food need not worry, because we can get around to cook in order to minimize the risk of cancer.

1. Soak the first ingredient in the liquid marinade.

2. Cooking (boiling) before baking. This reduces the contact with high heat and can eliminate fat. Thus, less fat dripping when baked which will form the smoke.

3. Often flipping through the baked goods.

4. Cooking with low temperatures.

5. Do not cook directly over coals.

6. Limit the use of a grill cover to reduce cooking in smoke.

7. Remove the black portion on the surface of the meat before consumption.


Well, so the statement that the food was completely burnt causes cancer. Therefore, we must be very clever in choosing and preparing food that will be consumed.
