"Water is always good for hydration, and sometimes we are mistaken when mild dehydration is considered hunger," said Frances Largeman-Roth, a dietitian.
Dehydration can not only cause fatigue, but also cause a decrease in mental performance.
"Oranges and peppermint will add extra water to ordinary water because research shows that these two substances can make you feel more energized," advises Largeman-Roth.
2. Soup
Soup is not only practical but also foods that contain protein if you add nuts, chicken, and others.
"I almost always have soup in the kitchen fridge or freezer. One soup mug is the right amount to provide energy to dinner," says author of the cookbook Ellie Krieger.
3. Vegetables
Dietitian Dr. Rebecca Clyde says carrots are the most popular choice but you can also consider peppers, sweet potatoes, leafy vegetables and more as your snack.

Almonds are a good choice of snacks, especially for those who care about weight, according to Dr. Richard Mattes, a professor of nutrition at Purdue University.
Almonds contain selenium, vitamin E, omega-3, unsaturated fats and high fiber levels that contribute to satiety (feeling of fullness). This food also contains magnesium and B vitamins which are important for increasing energy. You might consider consuming almonds between meals or even adding it to a cup of yogurt.
