Seven Liver Fat Cleansing Foods

2. Cruciferous vegetables

Cruciferous vegetables are vegetables that are rich in nutrients and antioxidants. This vegetable will help the liver cleanse toxins and can function as an anti-inflammatory. Included in the type of cruciferous vegetables include broccoli, kale, and turnips.

3. Vegetables rich in sulfur

Shallots and garlic help the liver produce bile water which functions to destroy fat. So that the body becomes easier to convert to energy. Dandelion is another plant that increases bile production.

4. Coffee

Many studies have shown that consuming coffee has a good impact on liver health. This is because coffee contains good antioxidants. Eating two cups of coffee every day is good for liver health.

5. Turmeric

This herb plant is rich in curcuma antioxidants that are good for the liver. Research shows that turmeric can help increase fat burning for people who have genetic liver problems.

6. Milk thistle

7. Lemon juice

White water added with one lemon juice will help meet the need for vitamin C. Eating a tablespoon of lemon juice every day will help emulsify fat.
