Scientists have previously suggested the benefits of aspirin in reducing the risk of cancer, but a new study adds to the evidence supporting the drug taking appropriate protective measures can menjad the body.

"The drug (aspirin) seems to slow the spread of cancer throughout the body by preventing cancer cells stick to blood platelets," according to a recent study, scientists led by Eric Jacobs cancer published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, as quoted by Press TV on Saturday (13 / 10).

"Despite the recent evidence on the use of aspirin and cancer prevention encouragement, but it is too early to recommend to everyone to start taking aspirin specifically to prevent cancer. Even low doses of aspirin can substantially increase the risk of serious gastrointestinal bleeding," beber Jacobs.
