Osteoporosis Can Be Prevented

Osteoporosis or bone disease which is one cause of fractures, and paralysis and death, according to a nutrition specialist, can be prevented.Clinical Nutrition Specialist Department of Nutritional Sciences Faculty of Medicine, Inge Permadhi in Semarang, on Sunday (14/10), said that osteoporosis can be prevented, the fulfillment of which calcium intake."Osteoporosis is characterized by decreased bone mass, which bones become thin, brittle and easily broken.
