5 Habits Cause Stomach Bloating

Feel your stomach full and growing so quickly? It could be not because of your weight gain, but the symptoms of flatulence.
Flatulence is often associated with the consumption of fast food make gas, thus making the stomach "full". However, whether consciously or not, there are some habits that cause flatulence.
Get to know some of the following habits to avoid bloating in your stomach.
1. Too much chewing gum / candy
Chewing gum, candy, and other foods that contain artificial sweeteners such as sorbitol and aspartame are not easily digested by the stomach and trigger flatulence. This was revealed by a spokesman for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Christine Gerbstadt.



2. Eating in a hurry
When you eat in a hurry, you helped swallow a lot of air which can cause gas in the stomach. So chew food properly, with your mouth closed. As well drink straight from the glass, instead of straw. Also avoid overly strenuous physical activity when just finished eating.
3. Eating raw vegetables
Raw vegetables can be difficult to digest by the body that cause flatulence. By eating vegetables that have been cooked first, then the body will be easier to digest and you can avoid interference flatulence.
4. Stress
Stress hormones will accelerate all the systems in the body, including the digestive system. "It will make your stomach produce a lot of gas that causes bloating," said Kristi King, spokesman for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
So, when you're starting to feel anxious, try to think of things that can make your mind calm.
5. Lactose Intolerance
In addition to these practices, there is one more condition in your body that can lead to bloating. These conditions are intolerenasi lactose (sensitivity to sugar contained in milk) and fructose malabsorption (sensitivity to fructose, a type of sugar contained in fruit juice, white sugar and high-fructose corn syrup). Therefore, consult this condition with your doctor for advice and a proper diagnosis.
