5 Foods It's Sneaky High Sugar

You probably already know that soda, candy, and chocolate drinks often contain sugar levels that are prohibited by doctors. However, avoiding candied sweets is not enough to keep your sugar levels at a safe level.

1. Meat, ham, and sausage

3. Yogurt

Instead of buying the already flavored, Lehst suggests buying plain yogurt and adding fruit, nuts, and a teaspoon of honey.

4. Juice

Lehst also said that to make it even more interesting, many juice manufacturers are adding sugar in their products.

5. Peanut butter

There's a reason why peanut butter makes you addicted. Clark says that most commercial peanut butter contains sugar, honey, or cane syrup.

For that, he also advises you to buy peanut butter that is 100 percent made of peanuts.
