Stress is one of the strongest risk of heart attack, especially for women. Try to meditate, yoga or keep silent for 10 minutes every day. Be careful of the stress in your life and pay more attention to your heart.


10. Check with your doctor regularly

Regular health screening is one of the best ways to prevent cardiovascular or cardiovascular disease. Studies show people who stop heart treatment have a higher risk of heart attack, stroke, heart failure.
