Excessive consumption of instant noodles triggers cancer risk

Surgeon and Cancer Specialist Gastroenterologist Dr. Fajar Firsyada's Dharmais Cancer Hospital revealed that recently he had a case of stage 4 gastric cancer in a patient aged 13 years. In the past two years, patients don't want to eat if they don't eat instant noodles. The patient also had no history of cancer from his family.

He emphasized, it does not mean eating instant noodles that make cancer. But based on the results of the study, food that is preserved for a long time increases the risk of gastrointestinal cancer from the stomach to the intestine.

The solution is that we must control the consumption of preserved foods, red meat, processed meat such as patty burgers, nuggets, and charcoal. itself is carcinogenic, "said Dr. Fajar.
