Take large amounts of calcium supplements

Taking calcium supplements separately from food and in large quantities can make a person suffer from kidney stones. On the other hand, the body still needs calcium for bone health.

How to consume calcium without worrying about getting kidney stones is to pay attention to the dosage. Simply fulfill a daily intake of calcium as much as 1000 Mg per day. If calcium supplements are needed, it is recommended to consume them when eating.
