20 Minutes Enough Sleep in Daytime

Performance decrease? Nap and you will wake up with a mind sharper and fitter. Various studies have shown a nap is much more effective than coffee in terms of increasing focus and change the bedtime the less.

However, the name certainly does not need a nap time as well as night sleep. Research shows sleep for 15-20 minutes is enough to encourage thinking and creativity. Meanwhile nap for 10 minutes is enough to make a fresh but will quickly make the eyes sleepy again.

According to Sanjeev Kothare, a sleep specialist from Harvard Medical School, nap too long it causes the body to become weak and dizzy. Especially if your sleep time at night is normal, ie 7-9 hours.

"Twenty minutes is most optimal to improve performance, focus, and alertness," he said as quoted by WebMD site.

Then, when the best time to nap, especially for the workers? You can use the time the lunch break. After the meal, use the remaining time off to close my eyes. Find a quiet and minimal disruption.
